Training needs analysis

Offering employee training and development is crucial for organizations to prepare for the skills of the future.

A proper Training Needs Analysis (TNA) is the first stage of an overall employee training programme. A TNA is a systematic process that assesses the skill gaps within an organization and the training and development needs of employees to meet the organization’s standards and business objectives.

Gemini can design and conduct a TNA tailored to the needs of an organization and deliver a comprehensive diagnosis report that identifies employees’ needs, and training requirements and recommendations, by:

  • Collecting the training needs directly from employees
  • Identifying the scope and topics of training and possible organizational solutions to foster a quality learning experience in the organization.

Trainings

Investing in development of employees not only enables organizations to upskill their workforce and increase performance, it is also a great contributor to employee engagement and commitment to their employer.

Gemini Development offers a variety of training programmes for employees across all levels in the organization through a faculty of both in-house trainers and a carefully selected network of certified freelance trainers able to deliver programmes tailored to an organization’s needs.

Leadership assessment centre

  • About the programme:

The Gemini Leadership Assessment Centre is a structured programme that delivers a comprehensive assessment of participating employees’ leadership and business capabilities. It is designed as an immersive experience which provides feedback to both the employees and the organization on the state of their business and leadership capabilities, based on which further leadership training and development plans can be designed later.

  • Competencies assessed:

As part of a behavioural simulation, participants are presented with a series of scenarios in a challenging environment where they will demonstrate their decision-making skills, strategy and operating skills, business acumen, collaborative teamwork and leadership skills, communication and influencing skills, and overall performance under pressure. Other developmental activities can be targeted to skills at the request of an organization

  • Who should attend:

The programme is aimed at leaders and Director-level employees who are either new to their roles, demonstrate high potential, wish to broaden their scope of responsibilities and leadership skills, or have been selected as a reward or as a necessary step to attain the next level of senior leadership within the organization.
