The Gemini Competency Assessment (GCA) is our in-house assessment platform, developed by Selby & Mills in UK. It provides the most accurate link between a person and job requirements for a position, producing a competency and personality report. It is an effective tool in selection and performance management. The GCA measures over 120 competencies, measuring 8 areas of competencies.

The Gemini Ability Assessment (GAA) provides more insight into specific abilities of an individual. The GAA is available for all levels of seniority, since it automatically tailors itself to the ability of the employee.
